Judy Charahuas has been a Winter Park Florida resident since 1983. An animal lover all her life she saw a need in her community for reuniting missing pets with their owners.

As the Director and Volunteer for Winter Park Lost Pets and the charitable arm The Lost Pets Foundation, she also is a full time Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Trauma and is EMDR Certified
